Privacy Policy
This is a short policy because this is a small site. It sets no cookies and carries no advertising trackers. We count visits with a tool that does not identify anyone, and the only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us.
Who we are
INHAUSS is a subscription design service. For anything about your data, write to hello@inhauss.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The message you write
- The plan you clicked, if you came from a pricing card
- Your hour estimate, if you used the estimator
That is all. We do not ask for a phone number, a company, or a budget, and we do not buy or enrich your details from anywhere else.
How we count visits
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and how fast the site loads for them. Both are privacy friendly by design: they set no cookies, they do not follow you to other sites, and they do not build a profile of you. Vercel derives a temporary daily identifier from your request so a single visit is not counted twice, and that identifier is discarded every day and cannot be traced back to you.
Why we use it
What you send us is used solely to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the work. Visit counts are used solely to understand which parts of the site are working. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Who processes it
These companies handle data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides the visit counts described above. Like any web host, its servers log requests, which can include your IP address and browser type.
- Resend — delivers the contact form to our inbox, so the contents of your message pass through them.
- Google — serves the typeface on this site, so your browser requests files from Google when the page loads. If you book a call, that happens on Google Calendar under Google's own policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email while the conversation is useful. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Cookies
This site sets none, including for the visit counting described above. There is no banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@inhauss.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
